New York phenomenon returns at New York's newest venue.

Basil Twist and his company made waves throughout the theatre world when Symphonie Fantastique debuted at HERE Arts Center in Soho, and word of this sold-out sensation rippled through the city and then, around the globe. Now this underwater creation is about to return to New York at DODGER STAGES.

Your ears won't believe your eyes, as a remarkable team of puppeteers orchestrate an hour-long rhapsody of mirrors, feathers, fabric, bubbles, color and light all in a 1,000-gallon tank. Music, theater, dance and abstract art collide in kaleidoscopic concert of forms, and the result “boggles the mind” says Ben Brantley in The New York Times. “True magic turns the ordinary into the sublime, with wit that goes beyond words.” And as Time Out New York says, “In a seen-it-all-world, you’ve never seen anything quite like this!”

Now you can discover this underwater gem, in a brand-new setting, as Dodger Stages, midtown’s state-of-the-art five-theater complex, opens its doors to host this remarkable event.

Tickets to SYMPHONIE FANTASTIQUE - are priced at $25, $45 and $65. As well, 10 very special Backstage Seats - which entitle the ticket holder to sit backstage during the performance to watch Twist and company work their underwater magic throughout the show - are available at each performance at $65.

SYMPHONIE FANTASTIQUE will run Tuesdays-Fridays at 8pm; Saturdays at 7and 10 pm; and Sundays at 3 and 7pm at Dodger Stages (340 West 50th Street). (There will be an added matinee at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 11.)
